RetroAgile: Continuous Retrospectives & Telemetry for Coding Agent Teams

RetroAgile is an agentic sprint intelligence and telemetry platform designed for teams orchestrating autonomous coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex swarms).

Estimating story points for AI coding agents makes little sense when an agent can implement a 5-point feature in 3 minutes or spend 2 hours burning tokens in circular regression due to ambiguous requirements. RetroAgile replaces manual planning rituals with Spec-Readiness Scoring and Continuous Retrospectives.

Architectural Pillars

  1. Spec-Readiness Linter: Evaluates engineering tasks against API contracts, schema boundaries, explicit error states, and automated acceptance criteria before handing tasks to autonomous agents.
  2. Context Churn & Thrash Auditing: Continuously monitors raw Git commit streams and PR turnaround latencies to pinpoint agent loops where files are touched 10+ times without merging.
  3. Low-Latency Data Layer via GraphPG: Uses our open-source GraphPG PostgreSQL engine to ingest git telemetry events and serve real-time GraphQL feeds with zero ORM overhead.
  4. Agent DORA Telemetry: Replaces human typing-speed metrics with agent first-pass merge rates, cycle time, context loop depth, and token efficiency.
